Berlins Justizsenator will schärfer gegen Kiffer vorgehen

Wer weniger als 15 Gramm Cannabis besitzt, wird zurzeit nicht strafrechtlich verfolgt. Die CDU will diese Freigrenze senken, die SPD nicht.
